Winning today

I have this question everyday, so I might as well write about it. How do I finish the day, so that I feel good about it?

I need a plan going into it. Or at least a good attitude.

Today. I will be productive at work. Take my boy out once I come back. And do a weighted ramp walk in the gym later. Maybe learn a little Spanish.

Simple goals.

  1. One thing I have started doing is listening to inspiring podcasts in bed before I go to sleep. There’s an app called castbox I use on my phone.
